In an effort to keep picture day more organized, instead of all 12 teams showing up 1 hour before their scheduled game time, the photographer has put together a schedule for everyone to follow. THE SCHEDULE IS INCLUDED IN THIS POST, SCROLL DOWN TO VIEW SCHEDULE. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time so you have time to fill out your order form. The photographer accepts cash, check, or card as forms of payment.

Again, everyone is required to go to picture day even if you have no plans on buying photos for 2 reasons:

1) The photographer photoshops all of the individual shots into 1 group team photo

2) We use the photos for awards purposes at the end of the year Awards Ceremony

If you miss your scheduled time you can still hop in line with any team since all of the shots are just individual photos and not group photos. However, please try to stick with your team so it is more organized for the photographer. Photos will be held in the pavilion on the north side of the fields by the softball field. However, all entry must still be through the south entrance off 24th St. The back gates on the northside will be locked. That being said I recommend everyone still parks in the main parking lot by the main south entrance. After your photos you will need to walk around the fields to the main south entrance.

Coaches, we will have coaching shirts ready for you on picture day. We will have them in the picture day area at the pavilions. However, if you never responded to our emails about your shirt size or you didn't attend our coaches meeting preseason when we took shirt size orders then you will not have a coaching shirt ready for you. If we don't have your coaching shirt then we will need to take your order at the pavilion on Saturday.
